If you would like to work with me and are unable to pay my fee or are not covered by the insurance carriers listed above, you may be eligible for a reimbursement for my services from your insurance carrier thru you out-of-network benefits.

You can call your insurance carrier before our first appointment to find out what your out-of network benefits are so that when we discuss fees, you will have a better idea of how much they will reimburse you.

Ask these questions when speaking to your insurance carrier about benefits:

How much of my deductible has been met this year?
What is my out-of-network deductible for behavioral health services?
What is my out-of-network coinsurance for behavioral health services?
Do I need a referral from an in-network provider to see someone out-of-network?
How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement?

I am able to provide you a document called a Superbill that you send directly to your insurance company at the end of each month. The Superbill details how many sessions you’ve had and the total fee.
